Shipping (Worldwide)

Lumi Mommy ships worldwide. Our products are fulfilled through third-party suppliers and partners (including Zendrop) with inventory primarily in the United States and China. Shipping times depend on your destination and where the item ships from.

Processing time (all orders): 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays)

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • United States: 3–8 business days (US warehouse) / 7–15 business days (China warehouse)

  • Canada & Mexico: 6–12 business days / 10–20 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days / 10–25 business days

  • South America: 10–20 business days / 15–30 business days

  • Asia: 7–15 business days / 7–15 business days

  • Africa: 12–25 business days / 15–35 business days

  • Oceania (Australia/NZ): 8–18 business days / 10–25 business days

Tracking: You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.
Split shipments: If you order multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in more than one package.
Customs & duties (international): Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with original packaging (and tags, if applicable).

Non-returnable items include:

  • Final sale/clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Intimate items (for hygiene reasons), if applicable

To request a return or exchange, please submit a request through the contact form on our website and include your order number and reason for the request.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us via the website contact form as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photos.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
